Returns and Refunds
Because our shelf covers are custom-cut to your specific measurements, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect measurements. Please double-check your dimensions before ordering.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong dimensions
If we cut your cover to the wrong size (different from what you ordered), that's on us. Send us a photo with a measurement showing the discrepancy and we'll ship the correct one right away.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If we haven't started cutting your cover yet, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once production has started, we can't cancel.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to show up on your statement.
